~intense music intensifies~
This one evolved quite a bit, starting with an ominous blob like we had in the animatic before morphing back into the character design as had been initially made for the project. We were afraid the shape of the wolf’s cloak would take away from the ominous looming effect in this shot, but in the end I think it worked out really well! I experimented with gradients in Toon Boom for the first time for the outline, and finally understand how the tool works now. Looking forward to applying that in the future 😉
